More about them: We are a women-owned Vietnamese restaurant. Clay Pot originated in the 1980s and has been passed down each generation through the Le family. Thanh Le is our owner and she plans passing down the restaurant to her daughter Megan to continue on the family legacy. We take pride in being the first Vietnamese restaurant in Waco and bringing our food and culture to Waco for the last 5 decades and hopefully many more to come. We love our Waco community & watching it grow and being a part of that growth has been so amazing.
