WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

YAKI Texas Teriyaki started as a food truck in September 2020 in downtown Waco. We used the food truck to prove concept and develop recipes that the city enjoyed. We now operate daily lunch and dinner service out of the old Sonic Drive-in at 1307 S. Valley Mills Drive. Our menu is gluten, dairy, and nut-free and we serve family and group-friendly takeout meals between $9-13.

Yaki is great for parties, meetings, weddings, and more. We love serving Wacoans and anyone passing thru looking for a taste of Waco.
